Hi, I'm Amy Hall!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), but you might also call me a supportive listening ear, cheerleader, or “feelings doctor” (as some of my youngest clients have referred to me).

I provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults, however my specialty is working with moms struggling with infertility and/or postpartum anxiety/depression as well as kids who feel like they don’t fit in or are overwhelmed with anxiety.

I help people who long to become parents but are buried under infertility and moms who wish they could fall in love with motherhood but feel suffocated by postpartum anxiety and/or depression. Through mindfulness exercises and recognizing thought patterns to shift their mindset, I support moms so that they can fully enjoy and embrace their motherhood journey. From my own personal experiences with infertility and postpartum anxiety/depression I know how overwhelming and hopeless the process can feel. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.

I also help children ages 8-18 who have difficulties in social situations, struggle with overthinking, and/or suffer from sensory difficulties. Some of the ways I support them are recognizing the positive qualities in themselves, learning to identify and express feelings, practicing social skills, and talking back to that voice in their head telling them they aren’t good enough. I’ve been working with children in a variety of settings over the past 15 years and love to explore what makes each of them unique and help every kid feel successful.

I provide a warm, nurturing environment where I focus on the strengths that you already have to help you through your struggles. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for you regardless of your race, religion, sexual orientation, age, abilities, etc. where we will work as a team to help you achieve your goals.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. If you or someone you love relates to any of these struggles, please reach out to me.
