EMDR Therapists (Priority Hire)

If you're an EMDR-trained therapist who is passionate about trauma work, we want to hear from you. Our clients are primarily women ages 18–50 and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, betrayal, and attachment wounds. This is the population you trained to serve.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Hold an active Ohio license (LISW, LPCC, MFT, or equivalent)

  • Have completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved preferred)

  • Have experience working with trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, or attachment-related presentations

  • Are looking for a 1099 contractor arrangement with genuine schedule flexibility

  • Are self-directed, organized, and client-centered in your approach

  • Want to be part of a collaborative, trauma-informed team culture — without the bureaucracy of agency work

EMDR consultation hours available on-site through our EMDRIA-approved consultant.

LICENSED THERAPISTS (GENERAL)

Not EMDR-trained yet but interested? We welcome applications from licensed clinicians with a strong trauma background and an interest in pursuing EMDR training. We can talk about what a path forward looks like.

PRESCRIBERS

We're also hiring a psychiatric prescriber — PMHNP or psychiatrist — who appreciates an integrative approach to medication management and enjoys collaborating closely with a therapy team. If that's you, we'd love to connect.

Location: Montgomery, Ohio (in-person and telehealth options)

Structure: 1099 independent contractor

Caseload: You control the size; we keep the referrals coming

Billing & insurance: Fully handled by our admin team
