I’m here to support you during these difficult times. Please reach out about online and in person sessions.

You’re triggered by seemingly random things like sounds, smells, people’s faces, or memories.

You’re frustrated at how you don’t feel safe and can’t trust others, but you hate being alone.

You worry about things that don’t make sense or think you’re “crazy” sometimes.

You’re sick of always trying to be perfect.

You feel uncomfortable seeing yourself in the mirror or in pictures, and you avoid wearing tight or revealing clothing.

You’re constantly criticizing yourself and have a hard time accepting compliments.

It’s hard to let people in and your relationships feel fake. It sucks and you’re ready for it to change.

You try to stay busy enough so you won’t have to think about all this and hope that somehow this will all go away, but these feelings never really go away. You wonder how much longer you can go on like this. Maybe you're even ready to give up and just accept that life is going to suck.

Here’s how things can change. I’m Sheldon, a local Cincinnati based clinical social worker, and I specialize in helping people overcome traumatic events such as sexual assaults and car accidents. I also help people improve their self-confidence and body image. I understand how trauma completely turns people's lives upside down, and how important it is that we feel good about ourselves and how we look. I can help you get back to how you felt before things changed.
